You will be responsible for:

• Leading and building a Data Science team.
• Developing and executing Data Science strategy in Bondora.
• Helping other teams to understand the benefits of Data Science in their area.

We're looking for:

• A team player with a can-do attitude
• A proactive and independent colleague with great decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Strong statistical and Data Science theoretical foundation
• Expert in Data Science methodology
• Team leading experience or demonstrated ability to do so
• Background in Financial Service is plus
